सक्सेस स्टोरी : नाशिक जिल्ह्यामधील देवळा तालुका येथील रहिवासी असलेल्या एकाच ठिकाणच्या सात महिला आणि सात पुरुष यांनी मिळून पोलीस दलात भरती होण्याचे स्वप्न पूर्ण केले. त्यांचे हे यश खडतर मेहनत जिद्द व अथक प्रयत्नांमुळे शक्य झालेले आहे. यांनी मिळवलेले यश तर त्यांच्या कुटुंबीयांसाठीच नव्हे तर संपूर्ण पोलीस भरतीची तयारी करणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी प्रेरणादायी आहे.

अंकिता शेवाळे (खामखेडा) आणि सुनिता देवरे (सांगवी) यांनी खूप कठीण परिस्थिती असूनही यश मिळवून दाखवले दोघेही शेतकरी कुटुंबातून आल्या होत्या तसेच अनेक आर्थिक अडचणीचा सामना देखील करीत होते. यांनी आपल्या ध्येयापर्यंत पोहोचण्याकरिता तसेच वडिलांचे स्वप्न पूर्ण करण्यासाठी जिद्दीने अभ्यास करून अथक प्रयत्न केले.
प्रियंका मोरे (भाऊर) हिने तर कुटुंबाची जबाबदारी सांभाळत स्वतःच्या मेहनतीने पोलीस भरती चे स्वप्न साध्य केले हे मिळालेले एसटीच्या कुटुंबियांकरिता अभिमानाचा क्षण ठरलेला आहे. ऋतुजा देवरे (खर्डे) आणि अपेक्षा पवार (वाखारी) तसेच ऋतिक चव्हाण यांनी गरिबीवर मात करत आपले स्वप्न पूर्ण केले ऋतिकच्या आईने वडिलांचे निधनानंतर संपूर्ण कुटुंबाचा भार स्वतःच्या खांद्यावर घेतला होता त्याचमुळे ऋतिकला शिक्षणाकरिता पैशांचा पाठपुरावा झाला. आई आणि लेकाच्या या संघर्षमय प्रवासाचे गोड फळ शेवटी त्यांना मिळालेच.

तेजेंद्र नावाचा विद्यार्थी आदिवासी समाजातून आलेला असतानाही आपल्या कठीण परिस्थितीवर मात करून पोलीस भरती झाला त्यांनी त्याच्या समाजाकरिता एक आदर्श निर्माण केला. त्याच्या मेहनतीची आणि संघर्षाची कहाणी प्रत्येकासाठी खूपच प्रेरणादायी आहे.
त्याचप्रमाणे राकेश भामरे, महिंद्रा वाघ केदा बर्वे आणि रोहित सूर्यवंशी त्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी खडतर परिस्थिती मधून यशाचा मार्ग मिळाला छोटे छोटे व्यवसाय शेती वडिलांचे निधन कुटुंबातील आर्थिक चंचल अशा प्रत्येकाच्या वेगवेगळ्या असलेल्या अडचणींवर त्यांनी मात करून पोलीस भरतीची तयारी केली कोणी पोलीस भरतीची तयारी करत असताना शेतीचे कामे सांभाळली तर कोणी आई-वडील दोघांचे आधार नसताना स्वखर्चाने शिक्षण आणि स्वतःचा खर्च उचलत पोलीस भरतीची तयारी केली.
